Privacy

Controller. Principly. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect. When you buy, we keep your email address, what you bought, the amount and an order reference, so we can give and restore access and answer queries. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.

Payments. Stripe processes card payments as a separate controller. We never see your full card details.

On your device. Scores, progress in an unfinished mock, your module choices and your access token are saved in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and you can delete them by clearing site data.

Shared results. If you choose to share your result from a results page, we store your words, the first name or initials you give, the score line (if you keep it), the test and the date, plus whether the message came from a buyer. Nothing is shown until we have reviewed it, and only if you ticked the consent box. We show approved messages on our website with your first name or initials, the test and the score line. To have your words removed at any time, email [email protected] with roughly what you wrote and when. We do not store your IP address with a shared result; to limit repeat messages we keep only a one-way scrambled code for 24 hours. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies and analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing us. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
